![]() This lever, that is on Cannons C-Series and up, allows the bolts to automatically be thrown closed once the door is closed by coming into contact with the frame. I don't believe your model has a throw lever with a roller on it that is located on the bottom of the door, but you can check for one. If your bolts are retracted with the handle turned all the way to the right (clock-wise) and you're stating that the handle will now not turn to the left (counter clock-wise) I don't believe that it has anything to do with the electronic keypad. It has to be one of those pressed hang on walls thingys that is behind your door skin obstructing you bolts from closing!!!:TFH: I've done you a huge favor and have highlighted the hidden clue that mjk280 was so kind to provide. ![]()
